Toast: Texas Discovery Gardens

'Tis the season to be jolly...and give back. P.O.S.H. is a proud supporter of many DFW organizations, so we are taking the time this month to TOAST a few of our favorite groups in hopes that it will inspire you this holiday season. 

First up, Texas Discovery Gardens. P.O.S.H. had the chance to work with co-chairs Marilyn Waisanen and Waverly Smith and the fantastic team of TDG on tabletop donations for the 2012 Flora Awards, honoring Barbara Hunt Crow. Not only is TDG a beautiful place for us to visit (The Butterfly Garden is a must see!), but we were proud to help honor such a wonderful patron for this whimsical place this is both organic and sustainable. According to Flora Award Chair Marilyn Waisanen, “Barbara demonstrates through her deeds what it means to give back to your community. The staff and board at Texas Discovery Gardens are especially appreciative of Barbara’s commitment to our mission of environmental education.” (MySweetCharity)

Toast: 20th Annual Partner's Card

'Tis the season to be jolly. Why? Because the Partner's Card is back! Now in its 20th year, the signature fundraiser for the Family Place, Dallas' largest domestic violence agency, is going stronger than ever. 

Here's how it works: When you purchase a $70 Partner's Card, 100% of this money goes straight to The Family Place. During a ten-day period from October 26 - November 4, 2012, you will be able to use this card for early Christmas shopping and holiday planning by receiving 20% at over 750 participating locations throughout DFW and Texas. As this is a cause near and dear to our hearts as well, POSH is proud to be a participating retailer. You can not only pick up your cards for purchase at our showroom, but you will be able to use this card on POSH equipment rentals as well. Time to get the Thanksgiving and Christmas seating arrangements out; you've got some planning to do in order to take advantage of this great discount for an even greater cause!

POSH Couture Rentals: To receive the 20% discount on equipment rentals*, orders and deposits must be made in the specified ten-day period of October 26 - November 4, 2012.
