It only comes around every four years. It create a sense of national pride unparalleled to any other sporting event. It creates legends and forges relationships between nations. Yes, we are talking about the Summer Olympics. Beginning next Friday, you'll have until August 12, 2012, to break out the bubbly, serve your guests your award-winning food on the finest gold china, and maybe even break out that music playlist you tend to listen to when working out at home. (Don't worry; we won't tell anyone if it's "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor, "Lose Yourself" by Eminem, "Glory Days"by The Boss - and for our country's sake, "The Star Spangled Banner" (Whitney Houston version) and "We are the Champions" by Queen.) We've already done the hard part for you below. Whether it's china, flatware, stemware, chairs or linens, pick one of these and you'll have the golden stamp of approval with your tabletop. Go Team USA!

The Texas heat hasn't let up, but we're already dreaming of fall tablescapes to cool off. Laurel gives you a taste of what POSH has to offer in the autumn months. Keep these in mind for your upcoming fall fète.

Time to get festive with a tabletop designed for a woman whose artistry truly knew no bounds--Frida Kahlo. DFW Events along with The Garden Gate created a bright and blooming tablescape worthy of this wildflower of an artist. The main focus? Our vintage Classic and Parisian Carnival Glassware. Viva la Kahlo!

After getting a dose of her Agenda, see what Laurel pick's are for summer.
|Acryllic Scalloped Chargers in Pink, Lime, Gold, Turquoise + Orange // Hot Pink Chloe Goblet // Green Chiavari Chair|
Anything with color is spot on for summertime. I love anything hot pink, coral, orange or neon, which are trendy right now. Summer is the best time to break out vibrant color hues, and they are always chic paired with classic white. I like a white cloth with vivid tabletop items, like the Chloe goblets or scalloped neon chargers with the green chiavari. I also love the parfait overlays from Resource One. Just remember, an amazing burst of color or print can go a long way. This summer, peach hues in any variation seems to be the biggest trend.
|Coral // James Nares // James Nares for Coach // (Top linens): Burnt Orange Peau D'Soie, Coral Nu Silk, Coral Peau D'Soie, Persimmon Nu Silk; (Bottom linens): Cameo Rosette, Salmon Pintuck Taffetta, Raspberry Reverence with Raspberry Nu Silk (All linens, Resource One, exclusively at POSH Couture Rentals.)|
Blue and white is my current summer obsession, especially with the blue and green goblets. The colors are amazing, and they bring a simple white hemstitch to life. The Sevres Collection, one of Jami's picks, is another classic favorite. I love that you can mix the whole set, and no matter how many times you see them there are so many beautiful colors in the china you can pull a different look every time.
